Refund & Returns Policy
At Aussie Melt Mould Co, we take great care in producing high-quality silicone moulds designed to perform reliably and consistently.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless a product arrives faulty or damaged.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Ordering the wrong product
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Deciding the mould is not suitable for your intended use
- Not reviewing product dimensions or descriptions prior to purchase
Please carefully review all product photos, descriptions, measurements, and wax capacity information before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing fault that affects the functionality of the mould, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Examples of faults that may qualify:
- Tears or splits in silicone
- Significant mould defects preventing proper wax release
- Major structural damage affecting usability
Examples that generally do not qualify:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections
- Small surface bubbles that do not affect performance
- Slight colour variation in silicone
- Normal wear from use
As our moulds are handmade, minor cosmetic variations may occur and are not considered faults.
Reporting an Issue
To report a faulty or damaged item, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos and/or videos showing the fault
- Photos of packaging if shipping damage is suspected
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may delay assessment of your claim.
Resolution
If a claim is approved, Aussie Melt Mould Co may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund
Resolutions are determined based on the nature and severity of the issue.
Custom Orders
All custom mould orders are final sale and are non-refundable once design or production has commenced.
