Overview
This website is operated by Aussie Melt Mould Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aussie Melt Mould Co.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any policies referenced on this website.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our website.
Products & Product Information
We aim to display all products, descriptions, dimensions, colours, and images as accurately as possible.
As many of our products are handmade, minor variations may occur, including:
- Slight colour variation in silicone
- Minor cosmetic imperfections
- Small surface bubbles or texture differences that do not affect functionality
These variations are not considered defects.
Product measurements and wax capacity are approximate and may vary slightly.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing, product availability, promotions, or product specifications at any time without notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect pricing due to system error
- Product availability issues
- Suspected misuse of custom design services
If an order is cancelled after payment, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Custom Orders
Custom mould orders are subject to additional conditions.
Design Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all custom designs before production begins.
Once approval is provided, production will commence.
Aussie Melt Mould Co is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved design, including:
- Spelling mistakes
- Layout issues
- Incorrect sizing requested by the customer
Production
Once design work or production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Master Storage
Custom masters are stored for 6 months from the date of the customer’s most recent qualifying purchase.
Any custom mould order extends master storage by a further 6 months.
After this storage period, masters may be discarded without notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to:
- Branding
- Logos
- Product images
- Product designs
- Text and graphics
remains the intellectual property of Aussie Melt Mould Co unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Custom Designs
Design ownership for custom orders remains with the customer only for artwork they originally provide.
Any design work, modifications, layout adjustments, mould engineering, or production-ready files created by Aussie Melt Mould Co remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Copyright, Trademark & Design Rights
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use, reproduce, or commercially manufacture any artwork, logo, text, character, design, or intellectual property submitted to Aussie Melt Mould Co for custom mould production.
By submitting a custom design, the customer confirms they either:
- Own the intellectual property rights, or
- Have obtained permission or a valid licence from the rights holder
Aussie Melt Mould Co does not verify ownership, licensing, copyright, trademark, or design rights for customer-submitted content.
Any custom order containing copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or otherwise protected material is produced entirely at the customer’s own risk.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Aussie Melt Mould Co against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from the use of customer-supplied intellectual property.
We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that we believe may infringe copyright, trademark, licensing, or other intellectual property rights.
Third-Party Intellectual Property
Some products sold by Aussie Melt Mould Co may feature designs inspired by popular culture, themes, symbols, or third-party intellectual property.
Purchase of any product from Aussie Melt Mould Co does not grant the customer any copyright, trademark, licensing, or commercial usage rights relating to any third-party intellectual property that may be associated with a design.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their intended use, reproduction, marketing, or resale of products created using our moulds complies with all applicable copyright, trademark, licensing, and intellectual property laws.
Aussie Melt Mould Co makes no representation or warranty regarding a customer’s rights to commercially use products created from purchased moulds.
Product Use & Liability
Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.
Aussie Melt Mould Co is not liable for:
- Improper product use
- Damage caused by misuse
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from product use
Our moulds are intended for their specified use only.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
