We take great care in producing and packaging every order to ensure your moulds arrive safely and ready to use.

Processing & Handling Times

Ready-Made Moulds

Orders containing ready-made moulds are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days.

Custom Orders

Custom mould orders require additional design and production time. Orders containing custom items are typically processed and dispatched within 7–21 business days, depending on design complexity and current order volume.

Please note that processing times may be extended during product launches, sales, peak seasons, or high-volume order periods.

Processing times refer to the time required to prepare your order before shipping and do not include carrier delivery times.


Shipping Rates

We currently ship within Australia only.

Standard Shipping

Flat rate shipping: $13 AUD

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD.

Express Shipping

Flat rate express shipping: $21 AUD

Free express shipping is available on orders over $200 AUD.

Shipping options are available at checkout.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted Australian carriers, including Australia Post and selected courier services.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control once your parcel has been lodged.

  • Postal or courier delays
  • Weather events
  • Peak delivery periods
  • Carrier operational issues

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

Aussie Melt Mould Co is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of product damage
  • Photos of packaging damage
  • Photos of shipping label

We will assess the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution where applicable.
