Aussie Melt Mould Co uses high-quality, non-toxic, food-grade silicone to produce our moulds.

Our silicone has a heat resistance of up to 220°C, making it suitable for wax melts, resin casting, plaster, chocolate and more.

Our standard moulds are made in our custom sage colour. If you require a food-grade mould, please make sure to select our Food-Grade option. Food-grade moulds are supplied semi-translucent and colourant free.

OUR PROCESS

Design
We take your 2D image, whether colour or black and white, and turn it into a 3D design file ready to be created on one of our machines.

Master
We turn your 3D design into a physical master, which is then used to create your silicone mould. Your master will be stored for 6 months, and every future mould purchase includes a free 6-month storage extension.

Mould
This is your final silicone mould. One mould is included with every custom design package. Future moulds can be purchased at the same rate as standard mould.
