Matte Powder – Wax Melt Painting Pigment

Add colour, definition and fine detail to your finished wax melts with our Matte Powder range.

Designed to be mixed with IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) to create a paintable pigment, it can be applied directly to finished wax melts to enhance moulded details and create sharp, precise designs.

How to Use:
Mix a small amount of Matte Powder with IPA and stir thoroughly until smooth and free from clumps. The consistency can be adjusted to suit your preference. If you notice clear spots or gaps when painting, add a little more powder. If the mixture is too thick or clumpy, continue stirring or add a small amount of IPA until the desired consistency is achieved.

Apply to finished wax melts using a fine paintbrush and allow the IPA to evaporate fully before handling, packaging or selling. We have found that using a higher percentage of IPA can help reduce drying time.

A little powder goes a long way, so start with a small amount and add more as needed.
